If you believe material on LoveUPDF infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent. To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include:

• Your contact information: Name, address, phone number, and email.
• Identification of the copyrighted work: Describe the work or provide a list of works.
• Location of infringing material: URLs or specific page locations on our service.
• Good-faith statement: A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Accuracy statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
• Your signature: Physical or electronic.

Important: Misrepresentations in a DMCA notice can result in legal liability. If you're unsure, consult a legal professional before filing.

After receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Review the notice for DMCA compliance
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Notify the user who submitted the content
• Maintain records as required by law

If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can file a counter-notice with our designated agent. It must include:

• Your contact information: Name, address, phone number, and email.
• Identification of removed material: Description and its location before removal.
• Good-faith statement: Under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• Consent to jurisdiction: That you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court and will accept service of process from the original complainant.
• Your signature: Physical or electronic.

After receiving a valid counter-notice, we will:

• Share a copy of the counter-notice with the original complainant
• Inform them we may restore the material within 10–14 business days
• Restore the content unless the complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the user

LoveUPDF maintains a policy of terminating access for users who repeatedly submit infringing content. Since we don't require accounts, we address repeat infringement through IP-level restrictions where appropriate.
