1. Designated DMCA Agent
All DMCA notices and counter-notices should be sent to our designated agent:

2. Filing a Takedown Notice
If you believe material on LoveUPDF infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent. To be valid under the DMCA, your notice must include:
- Your contact information: Name, address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of the copyrighted work: Describe the work or provide a list of works.
- Location of infringing material: URLs or specific page locations on our service.
- Good-faith statement: A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- Accuracy statement: A statement under penalty of perjury that the notice is accurate and you are authorised to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
- Your signature: Physical or electronic.
Important: Misrepresentations in a DMCA notice can result in legal liability. If you're unsure, consult a legal professional before filing.
3. What Happens After a Notice
After receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:
- Review the notice for DMCA compliance
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the user who submitted the content
- Maintain records as required by law
4. Filing a Counter-Notice
If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you can file a counter-notice with our designated agent. It must include:
- Your contact information: Name, address, phone number, and email.
- Identification of removed material: Description and its location before removal.
- Good-faith statement: Under penalty of perjury, that you believe the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to jurisdiction: That you consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court and will accept service of process from the original complainant.
- Your signature: Physical or electronic.
5. After a Counter-Notice
After receiving a valid counter-notice, we will:
- Share a copy of the counter-notice with the original complainant
- Inform them we may restore the material within 10–14 business days
- Restore the content unless the complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the user
6. Repeat Infringer Policy
LoveUPDF maintains a policy of terminating access for users who repeatedly submit infringing content. Since we don't require accounts, we address repeat infringement through IP-level restrictions where appropriate.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this DMCA Policy to reflect changes in legal requirements. The "Last updated" date above will reflect any revisions. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any updates.
