Sign Your PDF in 3 Steps
Upload Your PDF
Drag your PDF onto the upload area or click to browse. Files up to 50MB are supported. If your PDF is password protected, you will need to unlock it first. Once uploaded, all pages are rendered in a scrollable viewer so you can navigate the full document.
Create Your Signature
Click the Signature button in the panel on the right to open the signature setup. There are three ways to create your signature. Draw Signature lets you sign with your mouse or finger on a touchscreen, with a choice of six ink colours and an adjustable stroke width. Upload Signature lets you pick a PNG or JPG image of your real signature and automatically removes the white background so it sits cleanly on the PDF. Text Signature lets you type up to 40 characters and choose from four font styles (Script, Serif, Modern, Formal) with a live preview that updates as you type, plus a colour picker. When you are happy, click Save and Start Signing.
Place, Adjust, and Download
After saving your signature, click anywhere on any page to place it. The signature appears as a draggable, resizable element with eight resize handles around the edges and a rotation handle above it. Drag it to reposition, pull a corner to resize, or spin the rotation handle to angle it. Use the zoom controls in the toolbar to get a closer look at any page. When you have placed your signatures where you want them, click Apply and Download. A progress panel shows three stages in real time. When complete you will see "PDF Signed Successfully!" and your file is ready to download. Click Sign Another PDF to start fresh.
What You Can Do with the PDF Signature Tool
Three signature creation methods, a full PDF editor, and secure server processing all in one place.
Draw Your Signature
Sign with your mouse or finger. Choose from six ink colours and adjust the stroke width with a slider. Draw on a dedicated canvas and clear it at any time to start over.
Upload a Signature Image
Upload a PNG or JPG photo of your existing signature. White and near-white backgrounds are removed automatically so the signature blends cleanly onto your PDF page.
Text Signature
Type your name or initials (up to 40 characters) and choose from four font styles: Script, Serif, Modern, or Formal. Live previews update as you type and you can pick from six colours.
Full Placement Control
Click anywhere on any page to place a signature. Drag to reposition, use eight resize handles to scale it, or grab the rotation handle above it to angle it freely.
Multi-Page Support
All pages are shown in a scrollable viewer. Place signatures on as many pages as you need in a single session. A counter in the sidebar tracks how many you have placed.
Secure and Private
